In October we brought you on a unique dining experience by the Singapore River. It's a Vietnamese lunch on us at CORIANDER LEAF.
Celebrity Chef Samia Ahad conducted a session, demonstrating every dish from scratch, and shared interesting tips and stories about the dishes and cuisine. Our listeners were sure to come with their stomachs empty as they were served full portions of the dishes during the demonstration!!

Elaine and I won the Ultimate VIP party Staycation at W Singapore –Sentosa Cove through Power 98FM. The package includes 3 nights stay at WOW suite, picked up in a Porsche with in car amenities, welcome bottle of champagne, priority queue tickets for Zoukout, access to Zoukout recovery party in VIP Section and 60 minutes “Its all about ME” Away spa treatment which is a customisable spa experience.
And so we stayed at W Singapore Sentosa Cove last weekend.
We were chauffeured from our house in the western part of Singapore to W Hotel at Sentosa Cove. The ride was pleasant and the chauffeur was helpful in introducing us to the hotel which is located in the Sentosa Cove area. Bottled water and wet wipes can also be found along the side pocket of the door, a reflection of W Singapore ’s attention to details in caring for its guests.
Upon arriving at W Singapore Sentosa Cove, we were warmly welcome by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Ms Rosmalia Hardman of W Hotel. The decor of the hotel is truly befitting of W hotel, quaint and quirky. We love W Singapore for its exclusivity and swanky design.
We took a picture together and proceeded to the room. Check-in was done in room and the guest relations manager, Ms Dwi Lestari showed us the suite.
We stayed at the WOW suite which is located on the highest level of the hotel and as the name suggests, its certainly has wow factors. The suite has a living room area with state-of-the-art audio visual system which is separated from the bedroom, pantry with bar-counter, a private plunge pool, Jacuzzi bath tub and a separate rainforest shower.
Just beside the comfortable and welcoming W Signature bed are the light switches. Guests can choose lighting options from HELLO, ESCAPE, RUNWAY or FLIRT. With a touch of the button “FLIRT”, soft ambient purple lights lend a soothing atmosphere for relaxation.
After 2 days of partying, we went to AWAY spa which is located at level 1 of the hotel. There, well trained and experience SPA mixologist create a tailor-made remedy that embodies our mind, body and soul. After the massage, open the door of REFUEL and we were treated to Jacuzzi at IMMERGE. Two bathe options are available which are namely RAIN or AQUA. RAIN features the traditional shower head while in AQUA, guests can relax on a reclining chair and have the option to choose warm rain, body jet, warm fog or Niagra rain.
All in all, we were extremely pleased with the services which we received at W Singapore Sentosa Cove. The whatever whenever service is always just a phone call away and staffs were pleasant, polite, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to provide guests with a pleasant and memorable experience.

it was time for the party experience of a lifetime! This marks the first time that the Heineken Sensation experience arrives in Asia and it kicked off in Seoul South Korea to a crowd of about 18,000 people all dressed in an Ocean of White.
Thanks to the folks at Asia Pacific Breweries and Heineken, Power 98FM was able to send our lucky winner Angeling and her friend Quiyan, along with our very own Elliott Danker to Sensation Korea.

Dear Power 98
I would like to thank Power 98 for sending me to London to catch the Wireless Music Festival in London. It was the first time I went to London, and it was an awesome experience to see so many artists - LIVE!
The show started with Cher Lloyd follow by Pitbull. We danced along with the song “Rain Over me” as it began raining. We didn't care!
Rihanna’s concert was the best part of the whole show. The rain continued to drizzle, so we took out our umbrellas and sang along to the songs!
Thank you once again Power 98 for giving me this opportunity and It will the best memory that I will ever reminisce. YOU Go POWER 98!
