Sky Tower & Power98 Carvivor Rally Rules & Regulations

Registration

1.       This contest is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents, except employees of SAFRA Radio, sponsors and advertising agencies.

2.       All participants are required to sign on the indemnity form provided.

3.       Official entry forms that are incomplete will not be accepted.

4.       Last date for registration is Friday, 21^st September 2007.  Late entries will not be entertained.

5.       A maximum of 150 teams are allowed to participate.  Each team consists of one car and 4 team members, including the driver.

6.       All participating cars must have the official Power98 decal and designated sponsors’ decal, if applicable, displayed on the vehicle for registration.

7.       Participants absolve all rights to SAFRA Radio for any images captured as part of the event and are required, where and when necessary, to make appearances both on-site and on any medium in SAFRA Radio’s publicity campaigns.

8.      SAFRA Radio maintains the right to refuse participation to anyone on any grounds deemed applicable by SAFRA Radio. 

Event Day

1.       Participating cars must have the official Sky Tower & Power98 Carvivor Rally stickers and decals pasted on them throughout the duration of the event.

2.       The event includes activities of an adventurous nature that require a good level of fitness.  Some activities may require consumption of food that may be contrary to religious practices.  Details of activities will only be made known to participants during the course of the event.

3.       All participants are required to register at the official starting point (SAFRA Yishun Country Club, 60 Yishun Avenue 4, Singapore 769027) by 7.30am on 7^th October 2007.  Latecomers will be disqualified.

4.       The organizers will not be responsible for damages to property, fines and injuries sustained during the event.

5.       Participants will undertake all expenses incurred during the event.  SAFRA Radio will not be held accountable for any expenses incurred by participants in the course of the event.

6.       Participants must abide by all traffic and road regulations set by the Traffic Police, Land Transport Authorities or any other relevant government agencies.

7.       By participating in this competition, the participants signify their acceptance of these rules.  Failure to comply with the rules and regulations and observe basic regulations and conduct as dictated by SAFRA Radio will result in immediate disqualification of respective entries.

SAFRA Radio reserves the right to amend any of the Rules & Regulations without any prior notification.
